Season’s Greetings

Hello there! Welcome back to my blog, my crafty friends. Today I would like to share a card I made using the Hamster in the Xmas lights Stamp Set by Magengo Designs.

First, I printed the ornaments on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock, and fussy cut them using my cutter bee scissors. Then I used my Copic Marker to colour them.

Below are the colours I used:
Ornaments – R59, R39, R29, R27, R24, R22
Ornament Caps – E99, YR24, Y08, Y02

For the background panel, I used an A2 Distress watercolor cardstock and inked it using Peacock Feathers, Seedless Preserves and Chipped Sapphire Distress Inks along with a blender brush

To create the bokeh background, I used the Card-Sized Confetti and Card-Sized Star Confetti Stencil Set by My Favorite Things along with Unicorn pigment Ink by Hero Arts and a sponge dauber. For the larger circles, I inked the sponge dauber, placed it on the card panel and gently twisted it. I also inked the card panel using Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink along with the Card-Sized Confetti Stencil and a blender brush to create dimension.

Next, I die cut the bows from a piece of black cardstock using the Mini Picture Frames Die Set by Lawn Fawn.

After that, I stuck the ornaments on the card panel. Then, I used my Copic Multiliner pen to draw the strings for the ornaments. Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Bountiful Branch Stamp Set by Altenew using Obsidian Pigment Ink. Lastly, I stuck the bows on the ornaments and stuck this panel on an A2 card base using art glitter glue.
