Oh, Come Let Us Adore Him

Hello and welcome back to my blog! I made today’s card using the Joy To the World Stamp Set by Magengo Designs.

First, I printed the images on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock, and fussy cut them using my cutter bee scissors. I then used my Copic Marker to colour them.

Below are the colours I used:
Baby Jesus – E02, E00, E000, N3, N1, N0, 0
Box – E49, E59, E27, E37
Hay – YR24, Y06
Angels’ gowns and wings – N3, N1, N0, 0
Angels’ skin 1 – E02, E00, E000
Angels’ skin 1 – E11, E00, E000
Angels’ Hair 1 – E49, E47, E44
Angels’ hair 2 – B28, C9, C7, C5
Candle – N3, N1, 0, Y08, Y06, Y000
Trumpet, Cymbal, Harp and Halo – E99, YR24, Y08, Y02
Bookstand – E49, E59, E57, E55
Book – E00
Shadow on the ground – G17

After that, I applied glitter on the Angels’ wings and Halos using the Glitter Lacquer Pen by Hero Arts, and to make it even more sparkly, I added fine iridescent glitter over it.

While the images were drying, I cut a piece of Distress watercolor cardstock to 4 3/8 * 5 4/8 inches using my trimmer. Next, I coloured the entire card panel using Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink along with a blender brush.

Next, I placed the Sunrise Radiating Rays Stencil by My Favorite Things on the card panel and inked it using Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide inks and an ink blending tool. Then I removed the stencil and coloured the edges using the same inks. After that, I splattered white iridescent shimmer mist and white liquid watercolor by Hero Arts on the background.

Then I stamped the sentiment from the Joy To the World Stamp Set by Simon Says Stamp using Obsidian Pigment Ink.

Lastly, I assembled the card panel and stuck it on a card base.

I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
