Oh, Come Let Us Adore Him

Welcome to my blog, my crafty friends. I made today’s card using The Three Wise Stamp Set from the October release by Magengo Designs.

I started by printing the images on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock. Then I used an X-Acto knife to cut the smaller portions of the images that I wouldn’t be able to cut with my scissors and used my cutter bee scissors to fussy cut the rest. Next, I used my Copic Markers to colour the images.

Below are the colours I used:
Camels – E37, E33, E31, E59, E57, 100
King 1 – B06, B04, B02, B00, E02, E00, C7, C5, C3
King 2 – R39, R29, R24, R22, R20,100, E02, E00, C7, C5, C3
King 3 – G29, G17, G14, YG13, E02, E00, 100
Star – E99, YR24, Y08, Y02

After that, I inked an A2 Distress watercolor cardstock using Squeezed Lemonade, Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire Distress Inks along with a blender brush. Then I splattered water on it and dabbed off the excess using a paper towel. Next, I splattered white liquid watercolor and perfect pearl on the panel using a round brush. While this was drying, I die cut another piece of Distress watercolor cardstock using a die from the Stitched Hillside Borders Die set by Lawn Fawn. Then I coloured this die cut piece using Tea Dye Distress ink. Next, I splattered the ink on the panel to create the texture of sand.

I then stamped the sentiment from the Joy To The World Stamp Set by Simon Says Stamp using Obsidian Pigment Ink. After that, I assembled the card using art glitter glue and stuck this panel on an A2 card base.

I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
