Thanks

Today I would like to share a card I made using the Jeweled Botanicals Layering Die Set, Tufted Elegance 3D Embossing Folder and Build-A-Garden: Daisy Crown Stamp Set from the Altenew January 2024 release.

I die cut the flowers and leaves from Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock using the Jeweled Botanicals Layering Die Set. Next, I inked the die cut piece using the below colours:
Flower:
Layer 1 and Layer 5Mountain Mist, Volcano Lake
Layer 2 and Layer 6Lagoon, Emerald
Layer 3Rose Quartz, Puffy Heart
Layer 4Purple Wine, Cosmic Berry
LeavesWisteria, Hydrangea, Ultraviolet, Andromeda

Then, I curved the petals of the flowers using a round brush and assembled the flower using liquid glue. I then stuck a white enamel dot in the centre.

After that, I placed an A2 Jet Black cardstock in the Tufted Elegance 3D Embossing Folder and ran it through my die cutting machine. Then, I prepped the cardstock using an embossing powder bag. Next, I swiped the embossing ink pad on the raised surface of the cardstock, sprinkled Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder on it, dusted off the excess, and heat set it.

I then stuck the white enamel dots on the circular areas of the embossed cardstock. Next, I splattered Titanium White watercolour on the background using a round brush.

Then, I embossed the sentiment from the Build-A-Garden: Daisy Crown Stamp Set using the Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder and die cut it using the coordinating die.

Lastly, I stuck the images and sentiment on the card front and stuck the panel on an A2 card base using art glitter glue.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Stay tuned for more cardmaking tips and tricks in my next blog post.

Until then, live creatively and spread the joy of handmade art. ❤️
