Love You

I made today’s card using the Southern Magnolia Stamp Set. You can get this stamp set free with every purchase till the 13th of January.

I stamped the flowers and leaves on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock using Intens-ified Black Ink and coloured them using Copic Markers. Below are the colours I used:
Flowers – C04, C02, C00, YR20, Y11, Y00, Colourless Blender
Centres of the flowers – YG07, Y26, Y23, Y21
Leaves – G29, G19, YG23, YG41, Colourless Blender

Then I die cut them using the coordinating dies.

After that, I applied ink on a sheet of acetate using the Purple Wine and Cosmic Berry Fresh Dye Inks, sprayed water on it and dabbed it on an A2 watercolour cardstock. I let the ink dry and repeated this process till I was happy with the background.

Next, I masked the centre portion of the panel using post-it sheets. Then, I applied Obsidian Pigment Ink on the Dotted Diamonds Stamp Set and stamped it on the card panel.

I then stamped the sentiment from the Build-A-Garden: Daisy Crown Stamp Set using Obsidian Pigment Ink. After that, I stuck the die cut images on the card front and stuck the panel on an A2 card base.
