You Make Me So Happy

Hello and welcome to the blog, my friends! Today I would like to share another card I made featuring the Pixie- Perfect Stamp Set by Crafty Meraki.

I started by stamping the images on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock using Memento Black Ink. Then I fussy cut them using my cutter bee scissors and used my Copic Markers to colour them.

Below are the colours I used:
Bug 1 – C5, C3, C2, C0
Bug 2 – C5, C3, C2, C0, R39, R29, R27, R24, R22
Mushroom – R59, R39, R29, R27, R24, R22, N5, N3, N1 N0
Door – E59, E57, E55, E53
Window – Y08, Y06, Y000, E59, E57
Plants – YR09, G17, YG13, G29, G19, G14, YG11

After that, I masked the ground of an A2 Neenah Solar White cardstock using memo tape. Next, I used the Mini Cloud Edges Stencil along with the Mermaid Lagoon, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire Distress Inks and my blender brushes to create the clouds. Then I smooshed Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch Distress Inks on my media mat and used a round brush to splatter them on the card panel.

Next, I unmasked the ground and masked the sky. Then I drew the road and coloured it using my Copic Markers – E31, E33, E35, E37 and then masked it. To create the grass, I inked a Nuvo blending brush with Mowed Lawn Distress Ink and gently dabbed it on the card panel. I repeated this process with Lucky Clover and Pine Needles Distress Inks.

I then unmasked the card panel and stuck the images on it using art glitter glue. Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Sentiment Strips Stamp Set by Altenew using Obsidian Pigment Ink. I then used my Copic Marker R89 to draw the little hearts. As the last step, I stuck the card panel on an A2 card base using art glitter glue.

I have listed the products used below. Thank you for joining me today. Have a lovely day.
