Believe in the Magic of Christmas

Hello and welcome back to my blog, my crafty friends. I made this card using the Birth of Miracle Stamp Set by Magengo Designs.

I printed the images on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock, and fussy cut them using my cutter bee scissors. After that, I used my Black Copic Marker to colour them. Next, I die cut a piece of Distress Watercolor cardstock using Ornamental Die Set by Concord and 9th. After that, I masked the ground and inked the centre portion using Squeezed Lemonade Distress ink and a blender brush. I then inked the rest of the sky using Mermaid Lagoon, Seedless Preserves, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Inks. Next, I splattered white liquid watercolor by Hero Arts using a round brush. To get the bright white stars, I splattered white gouache on the card panel. After that, I unmasked the ground and coloured it with my Black Copic Marker.

For the background panel, I used an A2 Arctic Premium Cardstock by Hero Arts and inked it using Mermaid Lagoon, Seedless Preserves and Chipped Sapphire Distress Inks. Next, I inked the edges of the cardstock using Black Soot Distress ink. Then I stamped the snowflakes from the Warm & Feathered Hugs Stamp Set by My Favorite Things on this panel using Unicorn pigment ink. Once the background was dry, I stamped the sentiment from the Bitty Holiday Wishes Stamp Set by My Favorite Things using Obsidian Pigment Ink.

After that, I die cut the top portion of the ornament from a piece of black cardstock. Next, I die cut the bow from the Mini Picture Frames Die Set by Lawn Fawn from a piece of red cardstock. Lastly, I assembled the card panel and stuck it on an A2 card base.

I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
