Autumn Mood

Hello there! Today I would like to share a card I made using the Autumn Mood Stamp Set by Magengo Designs.

I started by resizing the images in photoshop and printing them on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock. Next, I fussy cut them and used my Copic Markers to colour the images.

Below are the colours I used:
Hippo with the rake – C5, C3, R30, R20
Hippo with the scarf – C3, C1, R30
Hippo with the blanket – C3, C1, R30
Hippo with the umbrella – C1, C0, R30
Tree and rake – E59, E57, E55
Pumpkin 1 – YR09, YR04, Y38
Pumpkin 2 – Y38, Y15, Y08
Cup – R59, R29, R24, R22
Blanket – G17, G14, YG11
Umbrella – Y38, Y08, Y06, C7, 100
Hairband and leg warmers – R59, R29, R24
Shoes – C7, C5

To create the background panel, I die cut a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock using the frame die from the Comic Strip Speech Bubble Die Set by Sunny Studio Stamps.

Then I masked the ground of the first panel and coloured the sky using Salty Ocean Distress Ink along with a blender brush. Next, I applied some white pigment ink by Hero arts using a crumpled paper towel to give the illusion of clouds in the sky. Then I unmasked the ground and coloured it using my Copic markers – Y38, Y15, Y08, Y13, YR04

For the second panel, I masked the ground and coloured the sky using Squeezed Lemonade, Abandoned Coral and Fired Brick Distress Inks. Then I masked the sky and used Peeled Paint Distress ink to colour the ground.

I used my Copic Multiliner pen to create the tiles on the third panel and coloured it with my Copic Markers – E33, E31 and E50. To create the wall, I used my Scoring Board and scored lines horizontally and vertically. After that, I used my Copic Marker -N1 with a colourless blender to colour it.

After masking the ground of the fourth panel, I used Milled Lavender and Dusty Concord Distress Inks along with a blender brush to colour the sky. Next, I used my Sakura White Gelly Roll Pen to create the rain. Since the white was too bright, I went over it with Milled Lavender Distress Ink. Then I unmasked the ground and coloured it using Copic Markers – B06, B04, B02 and B00.

Lastly, I assembled this card and stuck it on an A2 card base using art glitter glue.

I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
