Altenew Adventures Ahead Stamps/Dies/Stencils/More Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello there, and welcome back to my blog! It’s time for the June release and I am thrilled to join Altenew for the Adventures Ahead Stamps/Dies/Stencils/More Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway. Project 1

First, I stuck the Evening Skyline Washi Tape on a sheet of white cardstock. Next, I die cut it using the frame die from the Mantel Decor Spring Die Set. Then I die cut the frame for these images from a sheet of Jet Black cardstock.

After that, I placed an A2 cardstock in the Brick Wall 3D Embossing Folder and ran it through my die cutting machine. Then I stamped the camera from the Enjoy Your Journey Stamp Set on a piece of white cardstock using Permanent Black Crisp Dye Ink. Next, I coloured it with my alcohol markers and used the coordinating die to die cut it.

I then cut a strip of cardstock to 1 * 5 1/2 inches, stamped the sentiment from the Enjoy Your Journey Stamp Set using Obsidian Pigment Ink. As the last step, I assembled the card panel using precision glue.

Project 2

For this card, I started by stamping the hot air balloon from the Up & Away Stamp Set and the mountains from the All Things Orange Stamp Set on an A2 card base using Obsidian Pigment Ink. I also stamped these images on a masking sheet, fussy cut them and stuck them on the card front.

After that, I die cut the sun from a masking sheet using a circle die and stuck it on the card panel. Next, I inked the sky using Fresh Lemon, Autumn Blaze, Heart Beat and Grapevine Crisp Dye Inks along with my blender brushes.

Then I unmasked the images and used the coordinating stencil to colour the hot air balloon with Silver Stone, Industrial Diamond, Mocha and Espresso Crisp Dye Inks and a blender brush. I used Fresh Lemon Crisp Dye ink to colour the moon. Next, I masked the sky and inked the mountains using Fresh Lemon, Silver Stone and Industrial Diamond Crisp Dye Inks. As the last step, I stamped the sentiment from the All Things Orange Stamp Set on the card panel.

Project 3

First, I stamped the train image from the Enjoy Your Journey Stamp Set on an A2 cardstock using Permanent Black Crisp Dye Ink. Then I coloured the image using my alcohol markers. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment from the Camp Life Stamp Set using Obsidian Pigment Ink.

Project 4

I stamped the outline of the hot air balloons thrice on a sheet of white cardstock using Obsidian Pigment Ink. Next, I used the coordinating stencil along with a few Crisp Dye Inks to colour them. Below are the colours I used:
Hot Air Balloon 1 – Fresh Lemon, Honey Drizzle, Tide Blue, Starlight, Silver Stone and Industrial Diamond
Hot Air Balloon 2 – Heart Beat, Silver Stone and Industrial Diamond
Hot Air Balloon 3 – Just Green, Hunter Green, Autumn Blaze, Fresh Lemon, Heart Beat, Silver Stone and Industrial Diamond

I then die cut them using the coordinating dies. To create the clouds, I inked an A2 cardstock using the Cloud Scene Stencil along with Tide Blue ink and a blender brush. Then I splattered this ink on the panel to add more texture. Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Camp Life Stamp Set using Obsidian Pigment Ink. After that, I stuck the hot air balloons on the card front, cut off the excess and stuck the card panel on an A2 card base.
