Just for Ewe
This week at Craftin Desert Divas we have a Pastel Lovers Challenge, and I made this card using the Wooly Lambs Stamp set from the February release.
I started by stamping the images of the little sheep and the butterfly with Memento Black ink on a piece of Neenah Solar white 80lb cardstock. Then I fussy cut the images using cutter bee scissors and coloured them using Copic Markers.
After that, I cut a piece of A2 Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock using the largest die from the Torn Paper Dies. I then placed the Burst Stencil on the top lefthand side of the inner die cut panel and inked it with Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink along with a mini ink blending tool. I coloured the rest of the sky with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink. To create the ground, first, I cut one more piece of Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock using the Torn Paper Dies. Then I die cut it one more time using the Garden Border Dies. After that, I coloured it with Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink. I also die cut the flowers, leaves, and the wooden board from the same die set. To create the clouds, I used the Puffy Cloud Die and cut it a few times. I then coloured these pieces with my Copic Markers. I used an embossing tool to add dimension to the flowers and stuck the clear diamonds from the Blue Diamond Sequins pack in the centre.
Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Wooly Stamp set on a piece of black cardstock using VersaMark ink, sprinkled white embossing powder, dusted off the excess and heat set it with my heat gun. After that, I cut this piece into a thin strip using my trimmer. Then I assembled the card and stuck this panel on an A2 card base. Lastly, I stuck a few sequins from the Blue Diamond Sequins pack near the sentiment strip and on the ground.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
