You’re So-Y Awesome

Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I would like to share a card I made for the current Background Basics Challenge on A Blog Named Hero.
To enter this month, post your card (on which you have created a background) to Instagram, and use the hashtag #ABNHAugustChallenge by 5 pm ET on the 26th of the month for your chance to win!
Thank you for your patience and understanding while our blog undergoes maintenance. We can’t wait to see your entries!

First, I die cut a piece of white cardstock using a die from the Nesting Rectangle Infinity Die Set. Next, I stamped the images from the Soy Awesome Stamp Set on it using Intens-ified Black Ink. I stamped the images in the foreground first, masked them and then stamped the images in the background. After that, I used my Copic Markers to colour them. I then matted this panel with a piece of Pitch Black cardstock.
To create the background, I randomly stamped the sushi images from the same stamp set on an A2 cardstock using Intens-ified Black Ink. I then assembled the card and stuck it on an A2 card base using precision glue.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Be sure to use the hashtag #ABNHAugustChallenge to enter your project for a chance to win a gift card to Hero Arts! Have a lovely day.
