Today, I would like to share this bookmark I made using the Tim Holtz 2018 STAMPtember exclusive stamp set and the Cross-Stitch Bookmark Die set by My Favorite Things.
First, I cut a piece of Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock using the Cross-Stitch Bookmark Die set. Next, I placed the sentiment stamp on my Stamp Platform. Then I prepped the cardstock using Embossing Powder bag. After that, I stamped it using VersaMark ink, sprinkled Gold Embossing powder, dusted off the excess and heat set it with my heat gun.
Then I placed the image stamp on the Stamp Platform. I coloured the pine using Tombow Marker – 879, sprayed it with water using my Distress Sprayer and stamped it on the cardstock. Then I used Tombow Marker – 277 to colour the leaves, sprayed water and stamped it. Next, I coloured the flowers using Tombow Marker – 847, sprayed water and stamped it. After that, I followed the same process on the other side.
As a final step, I tied a ribbon to the bookmark.
