Thanks for being my someone
Hello, and welcome to my blog, my crafty friends! Here is the second card I made using the adorable Cheers Stamp Set from the August release by Isabel Cristina.
First, I printed the images on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock. Next, I fuzzy cut them using my cutter bee scissors and coloured them using my Copic Markers.
Below are the colours I used:
Mice – C9, C3, C2, C1, C0, 0, R20, R00
Bow – R89, R39, R27, R24, R22, Sakura White Gelly Roll Pen
Coconut – Y21, YR0000, N3, N1, 0, G29, G28, G17, YG13, YG25, YG21
Umbrella and straw 1 – BV04, BV02, BV00, BV0000
Umbrella and straw 2 – RV14, RV13, RV10
After that, I masked the ground of an A2 Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock using Memo tape and inked the sky using Fresh Lemon and Autumn Blaze Crisp inks along with blender brushes by Taylored Expressions. Next, I smooshed the Autumn Blaze Crisp ink on my media mat, sprayed water on it and used a brush with hard bristles to add texture to the sky.
Then I masked the sky and inked the sand using Rocky Shore Crisp Dye Ink. I then inked the sea using Turquoise and Starlight Crisp Inks. To create the foam, I used White Gouache by Winsor & Newton and a brush with hard bristles and dabbed the brush on the paper.
Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Greetings & Salutations Stamp Set by My Favorite Things using Obsidian Pigment Ink. Lastly, I assembled the card and stuck this panel on an A2 card base.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
