Live in the moment

Hello, my crafty friends! Welcome to my blog. Today I would like to share a card I made using the absolutely adorable Cheers Stamp Set from the August release by Isabel Cristina, along with a few images from the Tropical leafs Stamp Set.

First, I printed the images on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock. Then I fuzzy cut them using my cutter bee scissors. Next, I coloured them using my Copic Markers.

Below are the colours I used:
Coconut – G17, YG17, YG23, YG21, YG13, YG11, R39, R27, R24, N3, N1, 0, YR0000, E00, E0000
Straw – R89, R39, R27, R24
Umbrella – YR09, YR04, Y38, Y08, Y06
Hibiscus – R39, R27, R24, R22, Y08
Frangipani – E99, Y38, Y08, Y02, 0
Palm leaves – G29, G28, G17, YG13, YG17

To create the background, I used an A2 Distress watercolour cardstock, placed the Mini Cloud Edges Stencil by My Favorite Things and inked it using Turquoise Crisp Ink along with a blender brush. I then smooshed the ink pad on my media mat, sprayed water on it and used a round brush to splattered the ink on the panel.

For the ground, I inked a piece of Distress watercolour cardstock with Sand Dunes and Rocky Shore Crisp Dye Inks and a blender brush. Then I splattered Ground Espresso Distress Ink and Rocky Shore Crisp Dye Ink on the panel using a round brush. After that, I used the Stitched Hillside Borders Die set by Lawn Fawn to cut it.

Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Paint-A-Flower: Anemone Outline Stamp Set by Altenew using Obsidian Pigment Ink on the die cut card panel. Lastly, I assembled the card and stuck this panel on an A2 card base.

I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
