Sending a Birthday Song Your Way

Hello, my crafty friends! I am so glad to have you on my blog. Today I am sharing the second card I made using the uber-cute My Sweet Half Stamp Set from Magengo.

First, I printed the image on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock and then cut the cardstock to 4 1/4 * 5 1/2 using my trimmer. Next, I drew the curtains and the floor using a pencil and used my Copic Markers to colour them.

Below are the colours I used:
Girl – E02, E00, E000, E49, E47, E44, C10, C7, C5, G05, G02, G00
Curtain – R89, R39, R29, R24
Floor – N1, N0, 0

After colouring the images, I masked them using a masking sheet. To create the spotlight, I masked the sides using purple tape and coloured it with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink along with a blender brush. Then I masked the spotlight portion and coloured the rest of the background using Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink. After that, I unmasked the images and stamped the sentiment from the Friendship Rocks Stamp Set by My Favorite Things using Obsidian Pigment Ink. As the last step, I stuck this panel on an A2 card base using art glitter glue.

I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
