Daily Marker Challenge – Day 30
Hello there! I am so glad to have you back on my blog. Today is the last day of the Daily Marker Challenge for which I made a card using the Jellyfish Party Bold Print Stamp by Hero Arts along with the frame die and sentiment from the My Monthly Hero March 2019 Kit.
I had so much fun colouring these past 30 days, and I am a little disappointed that itโs over. But itโs going to be back soon, and I look forward to it. I would like to thank Kathy and am ever so grateful to her for giving me the opportunity to be a goodwill ambassador. It was an absolute pleasure for me to see all your beautiful colouring and fabulous projects. I canโt wait for the next one to have more fun colouring memories and to see more such amazing projects. Continue crafting and colouring guys.โค๏ธ
I placed the Jellyfish Party Bold Print Stamp by Hero Arts on my stamp platform and stamped it on an A2 cardstock using Barely Beige ink by Simon Says Stamp. I then coloured it with my Copic Markers.
Below are the colours I used:
Jellyfish – R29, YR09, YR04, Y38, Y08, Y02
Water – B04, B02, B00
Then I prepped the panel by rubbing embossing powder bag, re-stamped the image using VersaMark Ink, sprinkled red embossing powder, dusted off the excess and heat set it with my heat gun. After that, I splattered White Liquid Watercolor by Hero arts and Perfect Pearls – interference Blue mixed with water on the panel using my round brush.
Next, I die cut the frame using the My Monthly Hero March 2019 Kit and cut off the other images on it as I wanted only the frame. To get the metallic look, I embossed this frame using black embossing powder twice and the third time using White satin pearl embossing powder. To add dimension, I stuck the frame on the jellyfish panel using foam strips in the centre and art glitter glue on the edges.
After that, I stamped the sentiment from the My Monthly Hero March 2019 Kit on a piece of black cardstock using VersaMark ink, sprinkled white detail embossing powder, dusted off the excess and heat set it. I then trimmed it and stuck it on the card panel using black foam tape. Lastly, I stuck this panel on an A2 card base.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
