I made this card for Altenew’s 10th Anniversary Instagram Hop + Giveaway. If you would like to join the hop, please visit my Instagram post. The last day to enter is the 16th of April.
I started by die cutting the images from Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock using the Craft-A-Flower: Pansies Layering Die Set. Next, I inked them using the below Crisp Dye Inks:
Flowers – Tanzanite
Stamens – Orange Cream, Autumn Blaze
Leaves – Parrot, Just Green, Hunter Green, Green Onyx
After that, I placed the Wavy Grid Stencil on a white A2 cardstock and held it in place using washi tape. I then inked it using Orange Cream and Autumn Blaze Crisp Dye Inks. Then I splattered Jet Black and Autumn Blaze Watercolour using the Jet Black Watercolour Brush Marker from the Winter Wonderland Set and Autumn Blaze Watercolour Brush Marker from the Spring Garden Set.
Next, I placed the sentiment from the Build-A-Garden: Daisy Crown on the Stampwheel. Then, I stamped it on Jet Black cardstock using embossing ink, sprinkled pure white crisp embossing powder on it, dusted off the excess and heat set it.
As the last step, I stuck the flowers, leaves and sentiment on the card front and stuck the card panel on an A2 card base.
