Thanks For Being Awesome

Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I would like to share a card I made for the current Shaped Card Challenge on A Blog Named Hero.

First, I die cut the oval from a sheet of white cardstock using a die from the Nesting Oval Infinity Dies. Next, I stamped the flowers from the Hero Florals Nasturtium Stamp Set on it using Intens-ified Black ink. Then I masked these images and stamped the Fishing Net Bold Prints background using the same ink. After that, I unmasked them and used my Copic Markers to colour them. Then I splattered White Liquid Watercolor on the entire panel.
For the sentiment panel, I first prepped a piece of Pitch Black cardstock using an embossing bag to remove any static. Then stamped the sentiment from the My Monthly Hero May 2019 Kit using Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink, sprinkled white embossing powder on it and heat set it with my heat gun. Then I stuck this sentiment panel on the card front.
To create the card base, I die cut another oval using the same die as above, scored it at 1/4 inch, applied precision glue on the scored portion and stuck the card panel on it.

Thank you so much for joining me today. Be sure to visit this monthโs challenge post to enter your project for a chance to win a gift card to Hero Arts! Have an amazing day.
