Playful Watercolour Flowers
Today I would like to share a card I made using the Stencil Art: Playful Watercolour Flowers Layering Stencil Set and Build-A-Garden: Daisy Crown Stamp and Die Set from the Altenew January 2024 release.
I placed the first stencil on an A2 Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock and held it in place using washi tape. I then inked the images using the below Crisp Dye Inks:
Flowers:
โLayer 1 – Citrus Burst, Maple Yellow
โLayer 2 – Orange Cream, Autumn Blaze
โLayer 3 – Heart Beat, Vineyard Berry, Rhodolite
Centres of the Flowers:
โLayer 1 – Citrus Burst
โLayer 2 – Espresso
โLayer 3 – Just Green
Bud – Orange Cream, Heart Beat, Vineyard Berry
Leaves 1 and stems:
โLayer 1 – Bamboo, Parrot
โLayer 2 – Olive, Moss
Leaves 2:
โLayer 1 – Citrus Burst, Just Green
โLayer 2 – Hunter Green, Green Onyx
Next, I splattered Jet Black Watercolour on the card front.
After that, I stamped the sentiment from the Build-A-Garden: Daisy Crown Stamp Set on white cardstock using Obsidian Pigment Ink and die cut it using the coordinating die set. Then I stuck the sentiment on the panel and stuck the panel on an A2 card base.
