Nativity Scene

Today I would like to share a quick and easy Nativity card I made using a few Hero Arts products.
First, I placed the Nativity Cover Plate on a sheet of Pitch Black Cardstock and ran it through my die cutting machine. I also die cut the image from Neenah Solar White 110lb Cardstock. Next, I inked the star on the white cardstock using Citrus Burst Fresh Dye Ink and an ink blending tool. Then I cut the star along with the rays and stuck it on the black die cut panel.
After that, I randomly coloured an A2 white cardstock using Lagoon Fresh Dye Ink, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Inks along with my ink blending tool.
Then I splattered Dr. Ph. Martin’s Bleedproof White using a size 4 fine brush. I also used the Sakura White Gelly Roll Pen to create some stars in the sky.
Next, I stuck the die cut panel on the background and then stuck the panel on an A2 card base using precision glue.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Stay tuned for more cardmaking tips and tricks in my next blog post.
Until then, live creatively and spread the joy of handmade art. ❤️
