Hello and welcome to my blog, my crafty friends! Today I would like to share a card I made using the Love You Mom and Holi Hai Stamp Sets by Crafty Meraki.
First, I stamped the images on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock using Memento Black Ink. Next, I stamped the girl in Fadeout Ink by Inkon3 as I wanted to change her outfit. Then I fussy cut the images and I used my Copic Markers to colour them.
Below are the colours I used:
Butterflies – V09, V06, V04, V01
Flowers – RV14, RV06, RV04, RV02, Y35, Y02
Leaves – G19, G14, YG11
MOM – YR24, Y08, Y02, Y000
Circles – C6, C4, C2
Girl:
Skin – E21, E00, E000
Hair – BV29, BV25, BV23, BV20
Eyebrows – BV29
Boots – C9, C6, C4, C2
Mouth – C10, R24
Jeans – B99, B97, B95, B93
Shirt – C2, C1, C0, 0
To create the background, I placed the Wavy Grid Stencil by Altenew on the card panel and inked it using Just Green Crisp Ink and my ink blending tools. After that, I stamped the sentiments from the Love You Mom Stamp Set on white cardstock using Obsidian Pigment Ink and cut them to thin strips using my trimmer. Then I assembled the card and stuck this panel on an A2 card base.
