Love Is In The Air

Hello and welcome back to my blog! I am super excited to Guest Design for Magengo Designs today. Here is the card I made using the absolutely adorable Love Is In The Air Stamp Set.
First, I printed the image on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock. Next, I trimmed the cardstock to 4 /14 * 5 1/2 inches using my trimmer. I also printed the images on a masking sheet, fussy cut it with my cutter bee scissors and stuck it on the card panel.
I then inked the area near the fire using Citrus Burst Crisp Ink. For the rest of the sky, I used Victorian Velvet, Seedless Preserves, Blueprint Sketch and Black Soot Distress inks along with my blender brushes by Taylored Expressions. To create the stars, I splattered white liquid watercolour on the panel using a size 2 round brush.
Next, I unmasked the images and used my Copic Markers to colour them.
Below are the colours I used:
Bear – E30, E11, E33, E00, E02, Y06, R21, 100
Balloon envelope – RV99, R59, R37, R27, R24, R22, R21, R20, Y06, N7, N5, N3, N2, N1
Burner – Y35, Y08, Y06, Y02, N7, N5, N3, N2
Basket – E49, E18, E19, E15, E13, Y06
Banner – BG18, BG49, BG13, BG32, BG11, Y06
Lastly, I stuck this card panel on an A2 card base using art glitter glue.
