Hoppy Birthday to Roo
Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today I would like to share a card I made for the Hero Arts Stay Crafty Challenge – Build a Scene, and the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge – Summer Fun.
I started by placing the stencil from the My Monthly Hero May 2020 Kit on an A2 watercolour cardstock by Altenew. I then inked the sky using Maple Yellow, Autumn Blaze and Heart Beat Crisp Inks using my blender brushes. Then I removed the stencil and inked the sun and the background using Fresh Lemon Crisp Ink.
To create the hill, I placed the Drifts & Hills Stencil by My Favorite Things on the card panel and inked the ground using Intense Black Ink.
After that, I stamped the images from the same stamp set using Obsidian Pigment Ink. Then I prepped the card panel using embossing powder bag to remove any static. Next, I stamped the sentiment using VersaMark ink, sprinkled white detail embossing powder on it, dusted off the excess, and heat set it with my heat gun. As the last step, I stuck this panel on an A2 card base.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
