Galaxy Christmas Card

Hey there and welcome back to my blog. I made this card for the Nature Challenge at the A Blog Named Hero using the Color Layering Snowy Tree and the Home for the Holidays Stamp Sets by Hero Arts.

I started by stamping the pine tree from the Color Layering Snowy Tree Stamp Set on an A2 Neenah cardstock using Memento Black ink. Then I used my Copic Markers to colour them.

Below are the colours I used:
Pine Trees – G17, G14, YG13
Snow – BV02, BV00, BG11, BG10, B000

Then I masked the ground and coloured the sky using Candied Apple, Mermaid Lagoon, Seedless Preserves, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress inks along with a blender brush. 

After that, I stamped the deer from the same stamp set using Obsidian Pigment Ink. Next, I masked the deer and splattered white liquid watercolor on the sky using a round brush. I then stamped the sentiment from Home for the Holidays Stamp Set using Obsidian Pigment Ink. As the last step, I stuck this card panel on an A2 card base.
