Clean and simple Floral Birthday card
For my 3rd Design team project as a part of Maymay Made It Instagram team, I decided to make a simple and bright floral card.
I used Canson XL watercolour cardstock and cut it using the largest die from the Cloud Nine die set by Mama Elephant. Then, I adhered the Brutus Monroe circle stencil to the cardstock with washi tape to mask the edges.
I used the Power Flowers Stamp Set by Maymay Made It and stamped the biggest flower using Candied Apple Distress Ink. I then masked that flower and continued to stamp the other flowers. After I was done, I masked all the stamped flowers and used Evergreen Bough Distress Ink to colour the background using a blending sponge. Leaving the mask on, I stamped the leaves with Mowed Lawn Distress ink and once I was done, I removed the masking paper from the flowers and the stencil.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment from the Maymay Made It From All of Us stamp set using Versafine Onyx Black.
I have listed the products I used below. Thank you for visiting my blog.
