Can’t wait to hug you
Hello there my crafty friends! I am so glad you stopped by. I am excited to share with you all that I am now a part of the Crafty Meraki Design Team, and I am honoured to be a part of this talented group of card makers.
First, I stamped the boy and girl images from the Valentine Stamp Set on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock using Memento Black Ink. Then I stamped the sakura flowers from the Year Of The Ox Stamp Set. Next, I drew the laptops, outlined them using my Copic Multiliner pen, and fussy cut all the images using my cutter bee scissors.
To create the background, I cut a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock to 8*4 inches using my trimmer. Then I divided the scene into two parts and drew the backgrounds on both sides. To colour glass of the windows on the right side of the card, I followed the tutorials from the Copic Blueprints I Course by Sandy Allnock. I absolutely loved this course and I would definitely recommend you to try it if you want to take your colouring to the next level.
I wanted to create a night scene on the left side of the panel, so I masked off the window and used a circle mask to mask the moon. Then I inked the sky using Mermaid Lagoon, Blueprint Sketch, Wilted Violet, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Inks along with my blender brushes. To create the stars, I splattered white liquid watercolor on the background using a round brush.
Then I unmasked the panel and used my Copic Markers to colour the images.
