Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today I would like to share a card I made using the Some Cactus and Let The Sun Shine Stamp Sets by Magengo Designs.
First, I merged the pot from the Let The Sun Shine Stamp Set and the cactus from the Cactus Stamp Set in photoshop. Then I printed it on a sheet of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock and fussy cut it with my cutter bee scissors. Next, I used my Copic Markers to colour the images.
Below are the colours I used:
Cactus – G29, G19, G14, YG13, Sakura white Gelly Roll pen
Flower and Heart – R39, R27, R22
Pot – E39, E37, E35, E33, E31
For the background, I smooshed Turquoise Crisp ink on a piece of Acetate and sprinkled water on it using the Distress Sprayer. Then I placed it on an A2 Distress Watercolor cardstock. I repeated this process with Starlight Crisp ink. Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Cactus Animals Stamp Set by Hero Arts using Obsidian Pigment Ink on the panel. After that, I assembled the card and stuck this panel on an A2 card base using art glitter glue. Lastly, I foam mounted the heart and applied Glossy Accents to it to add dimension.
