AAA Cards Challenge #188 – One Inch Strip
Hello there, my crafty friends. We have a new challenge at the AAA Cards Blog, and the theme for challenge #188 is One Inch Strip + Optional Twist Small Stamps.
Asa is the Guest Designer for this challenge. You can click here to visit her blog and see her beautiful card.
To create the one-inch strip, I drew lines on an A2 Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock using my Copic Multiliner pen and a steel ruler. Next, I stamped the images from the Marine Friends Stamp Set by Mama Elephant using Memento Black ink. I then used my Copic Markers to colour them.
Below are the colours I used:
Dolphin – RV14, RV13, RV21, RV10, RV32
Fish – R29, YR09, YR04, Y38, Y35
Turtle – YG67, YG63, YG03, E29, E37, E35, E33, E11
To create the background, I followed the tutorial from Lesson 2 of the Mini Copic Underwater Scenes Course by Sandy Allnock.
After that, I added the reflection on the images using my Sakura White Gelly Roll pen. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set using Obsidian Pigment Ink.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you so much for joining me today. Be sure to visit this monthโs challenge post for more inspiration from the design team. Have a fabulous day.
