AAA Cards Challenge #176 – One Corner

Hello there and welcome back to my blog. We have a new challenge at the AAA Cards Blog, and the theme for challenge #176 is One Corner + Optional Twist Cosy.

When I saw the theme, the first thought that came to my mind was of me sitting in a cosy corner, reading a book while sipping on a warm cup of tea or hot chocolate. Isn’t that the best feeling in the world!❤️
I found this stamp set was perfect for what I had in mind, and so I decided to create this scene, my cosy little corner.☺️

I started by stamping the fox image from the Cozy Companions Stamp Set by My Favorite Things on an A2 Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock using Memento Black ink. After that, I masked the image and stamped the lamp and the coffee table from the same stamp set. Then I used my Copic Markers to colour them.

Lamp – BV23, BV31, B60, B04, B02, Y06, Y02, Y00
Shadows – N3, N2, N1, 0

Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Bedtime Story Stamp Set by Clearly Besotted using Obsidian Pigment Ink. As the last step, I stuck this panel on an A2 card base.
