Spring is in the air
Hello and welcome to my blog, my crafty friends! Today I would like to share a card I made using the Year Of The Ox and Holi Hai Stamp Sets by Crafty Meraki.
First, I stamped the images on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock using Memento Black Ink. Next, I fussy cut them using my cutter bee scissors and I used my Copic Markers to colour them.
Below are the colours I used:
Girl:
Skin – E21, E00, E000, R20
Hair – E29, E37, E35, E33
Eyebrows – E29
Boots – C9, C6
Mouth – C10, R29
Cherry Blossoms:
Flowers – RV17, RV14, RV13, RV21, RV10
Branches – RV69, RV99
After that, I inked the top portion of an A2 cardstock using Tide Blue and Azurite Crisp Inks along with my ink blending tool. I then smooshed these inks on my media mat and splattered them on the panel. I then used my Copic Markers RV17, RV14, RV13, RV21 and RV69 to colour the ground.
Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Paint-A-Flower: Hydrangea Outline Stamp Set on the card panel using Obsidian Pigment Ink. Lastly, I assembled the card and stuck it on an A2 card base.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you for joining me today. Have an amazing day.
