Sending happy fairy wishes your way
Hello, lovelies! Welcome back to my blog. Today I would like to share a card I made using the stamps from the My Monthly Hero December 2018 by Hero Arts. I made this card for the Hero Arts Challenge, and the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge.
I started by stamping the fairy using Memento Black Ink on an A2 Neenah Solar white card stock. I also stamped her on a masking sheet, fussy cut it and masked the image. Then I stamped the flower in the centre, masked it and stamped the other two. I masked all the images and used Evergreen Bough Distress Ink along with the Life changing blender brushes to colour the lower portion of the card panel. Then I used Cracked Pistachio, Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress inks to colour in the sky.
After that, I prepped the card panel using embossing powder bag to remove any static and stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set using VersaMark Ink, sprinkled white embossing powder on it, dusted off the excess and heat set it with my heat gun. Then I splattered Copic opaque white using my round brush on the sky to create the stars.
Once the panel was dry, I unmasked the images and used my Copic Markers to colour them. Next, I applied Clear Wink of Stella on the wings and outfit of the fairy. I also added some glitter on the flowers. Then, I used white and black gelly roll pen to add details to the centre of the flowers. As a final step, I stuck this panel on a black A2 card base.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
