Happy Birthday! – CDD December release

This is the third card I made using the Delicious Wishes Digital Stamp set from the December release by Craftin Desert Divas.

First, I printed the images on a piece of watercolour cardstock, and fussy cut them using cutter bee scissors. Next, I coloured them using Zig Markers. 

For the background, I used an A2 card base I made from Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock. I masked the ground using a masking sheet and coloured the upper part of the cardstock using Tattered Rose Distress Oxide ink along with a mini ink blending tool. Then I used Aged Mahogany Distress Oxide ink to colour the edges of the panel.

After that, I unmasked the ground and used Black Soot Distress Oxide ink along with an ink blending tool to colour it. I then stuck the images on the card panel using art glitter glue. As a final step, I used my Stamp Platform to stamp the sentiment from the Say It Big Stamp set using VersaFine Black Onyx ink.
