Clean and simple Christmas card
Welcome back to my blog, my crafty friends! I made this CAS card for the Along the Edge + Optional Twist Inspired by a Song Challenge up at the AAA Challenge Blog.
First, I stamped the images from the Christmas Town Stamp Set by Simon Says Stamp on an A2 cardstock using Memento Black Ink. I masked the top portion of the church stamp and stamped only the lower portion to make it look like a house. Next, I used my Copic Markers to colour the images.
Below are the colours I used:
House – N3, N1, 0, Y08, Y06, E55, R29, R24
Snowman – N3, N1, 0, R29, R24
Trees – G29, G17, G14, YG11
Slide – N5, N3
Lights – Y06, G02, B02, R24
Poles – E59, R57
Ground – B00, B000, 0
After that, I place the sentiment from the Home for the Holidays Stamp Set by Hero Arts on my Misti. Since I only wanted to stamp the words Merry Christmas, I masked the rest of the words using post-its. Then I stamped the sentiment using Obsidian Pigment Ink. As the last step, I masked the top portion of the card panel and splattered white paint to make it look like it was snowing.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
