CDD February Release – Easter Balloon Parade
My today’s cards feature the Easter Balloon Parade Stamp Set from the Craftin Desert Divas February Release.
Card 1:
For my first card, I die cut a piece of Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock using the second largest die from the Fancy Frame Dies. I then placed the images on my stamp platform and stamped them using Memento Black Ink. Next, I masked them and inked the background using the Sorted Shapes 1 Stencil and Blueprint Sketch, Wilted Violet and Fired Brick Distress Inks along with an ink blending tool. Then I unmasked the images and coloured them using my Copic Markers. As a final step, I stuck this panel on an A2 card base.
Card 2:
I started by stamping the images on an A2 Neenah Solar white cardstock with Memento Black Ink. Next, I masked them and used the Sorted Shapes 3 Stencil along with Fired Brick Distress Ink to create the brick wall in the background. I then masked the wall and used the Hill Scene 2 Stencil along with Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink and a mini ink blending tool to create the clouds. After that, I unmasked the images and coloured them with my Copic Markers.
