CDD April Release – Chef Trolls

Hey there! Welcome back to my blog! Today is day 2 of sneak peek at Craftin Desert Diva’s and my today’s card features the Chef Trolls Stamp set along with the Moroccan Tiles Stencil.

First, I cut a piece of Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock using the largest die from the Torn Paper Die Set. Then I placed the Burst stencil on the inner die cut panel and used Spun Sugar Distress Ink to ink the background. After that, I placed the Moroccan Tiles Stencil and used Spun Sugar Distress Ink along with the life changing blender brushes to ink the background. I recently saw a video by Justine Hovey where she used this technique, and I decided to try it. Click here to watch her video. She is absolutely amazing! Back to the card, I stamped the images from the Chef Trolls Stamp Set with Memento Black Ink. Then I fussy cut them and used my Copic Markers to colour them. Next, I stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Onyx Black Ink on the panel using my stamp platform. After that, I stuck the images on the panel and stuck this panel on an A2 card base.
