AAA Cards Challenge #167 – One Layer
Hello there and welcome back to my blog. We have a new challenge at the AAA Cards Blog, and the theme for challenge #167 is One Layer + Optional Twist Inspired by the Graphic.
For this challenge, we have the talented Joanna as our Guest Designer. You can see her absolutely beautiful card on her blog.
I started by stamping the solid image from the Exotic Tulips Stamp Set on an A2 card base using Fresh Lemon and Honey Drizzle Crisp Dye inks. For the second layer, I used Orange Cream and Firebrick Crisp Dye inks. I then stamped the third layer using Crimson and Velvet Crisp Dye Inks.
For the first layer of the stem and leaves, I used Parrot and Olive Crisp Dye inks, and for the second layer, I used Shadow Creek and Mountain Pine Crisp Dye Inks.
After that, I stamped the outline of the butterfly from the Painted Butterflies Stamp Set using Obsidian Pigment Ink. For the first layer, I used Blush and Rouge Crisp Dye Inks, and for the second one, I used Crimson and Velvet Crisp Dye Inks.
Next, I added details to the image with my Polychromos – 225, 267 and 166. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment from the Never Give Up Stamp Set using Obsidian Pigment Ink.
I have listed the products used below. Thank you for visiting my Blog.
